Built For The Mile Square
Hoboken packs brownstones, mid-rise condos, and one of the best commercial strips in New Jersey into one square mile, and every bit of it gets dirty in its own way. Brick fronts on Bloomfield and Garden collect city grime. Vinyl on the west side grows algae in the tight side yards where sun never reaches. And the condo buildings that make up most of town sit at that awkward five and six story height: too tall for residents to clean, too small for high rise contractors to bother with.
That gap is exactly where we work. We clean exterior windows on Hoboken condo buildings up to six stories, coordinate with boards and property managers, and carry the insurance paperwork they ask for. For the row house crowd, we soft wash fronts and rears, brighten gutters, and clean the shared walkways that four neighbors use and nobody owns.
