These terms cover your use of powerwasherz.com and the exterior cleaning services provided by Premier Power Washerz ("we," "us"). By using this website or booking our services, you agree to them. Questions: call 800-585-3619.

Our Services

We provide pressure washing, soft washing, and related exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial properties in New Jersey. Descriptions and package contents on this site are summaries; the written estimate you receive for your specific property is the controlling description of the work to be performed.

Estimates and Pricing

Estimates are free and are based on the information you provide plus, in many cases, an in-person or photo review of the property. Package prices listed on this site reflect typical single family homes; larger properties, heavy buildup, and add-on services are quoted individually. An estimate is not a contract until both sides confirm the work, the price, and the date.

Scheduling, Weather, and Cancellation

Exterior work depends on weather. If conditions are unsafe or would compromise results, we will reschedule with you at no charge. If you need to cancel or move an appointment, please give us as much notice as you can by calling 800-585-3619.

Property Access and Preparation

You agree to provide reasonable access to the areas being cleaned, working exterior water where required, and to secure or relocate fragile items, vehicles, and pets near the work area before we arrive. Please point out any known issues, such as loose siding, failing paint, unsealed windows, or damaged surfaces, before work begins.

Results and Existing Conditions

We use industry standard methods matched to each surface and stand behind the quality of our work. Some conditions cannot be fully corrected by cleaning, including permanent staining, oxidation, sun fading, and damage that existed before our visit. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for conditions that cleaning reveals rather than causes, such as paint that was already failing. If you are not satisfied with an area we cleaned, tell us promptly and we will make it right where we reasonably can.

Insurance and Liability

We are fully insured, and certificates of insurance are available on request. To the fullest extent permitted by New Jersey law, our total liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific job at issue, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Payment

Payment terms, methods, and timing are stated on your estimate or invoice. This website does not collect payment information.
