What Soft Washing Actually Is
Here is the thing nobody tells homeowners: blasting siding with a rented pressure washer is how you end up with water behind your vinyl, stripped paint, and etched surfaces. Siding does not need pressure. It needs the right cleaning solution, applied at low pressure, given time to work, then rinsed thoroughly. That is soft washing, and it is the only method we use on houses.
The green you see on the shady side of your house is algae. The black streaks under the roofline are usually gloeocapsa magma, a bacteria that feeds on shingle material and drips down. Both are living organisms, which is why just spraying water at them brings them right back. Our soft wash mix kills the growth at the root, so the clean lasts.

- The soft wash mix is applied from the ground up and given time to break down the growth
- Everything gets a thorough fresh water rinse, top to bottom, including your plants again
- We walk it with you at the end. If a spot needs another pass, it gets one
Why It Beats The Rental Machine
